A bunch of important fixes to ntfsdump mode here.

Changes:
  • Fixed /overwrite functionality.
  • Fixed ntfsdump mode error "Error dumping volume files. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".
  • Fixed ntfsdump for volumes with bytes per cluster > 4096. Index record size in boot sector is now being parsed properly.
  • Fixed OverflowException in ntfsdump mode.
